The Clifton Eagles want YOU!

For nearly a decade, Clifton United Methodist Church has assembled a softball team - The Eages - that play in the River City East softball league (near Riverbend off of I-275). The Clifton Eagles, an LGBTQ-friendly team, are the only church team playing alongside teams mostly assembled from restaurants and bars. They have even managed to win a couple of trophies over the years.

The league brings together different kinds of people around a shared commitment to equality, inclusion, and fun - A Fresh Expression of Church!

The 2023 season starts on April 18 and the Eagles are actively seeking new players. If you are interested in playing or know of someone who might be interested in playing for the team, please reach out to Coach Steve Depoe at depoesp [at] uc.mail.uc.edu.
