Synergy is the work of UNITING the many different churches in the Ohio River Valley District (and others).

By sharing the work that churches are doing, sharing Worship, Faith Development and Mission, all churches will benefit in the greater sum of work accomplished by the Holy Spirit.

With the Holy Spirit in the center of all that we do, the work of the church is to Hold Hands as we develop relationships, Raise Hands as we praise our Holy God and dirty our hands as we Reach Out Hands and get involved in the world. These three things are the work of the church and they cannot be separated within the church.  And between churches this work can also be shared which will increase the effectiveness!

Synergy Retreat

ORV pastors and worship leaders/design teams, you won't want to miss Synergy: God's Preferred Reality overnight retreat taking place on September 16-17.

The two-day event combines a mix of practical philosophy and tips for developing and maturing your digital ministry - from moving your sermons off "pause" to integrating media into the rest of worship. Jason Moore and Brian Brown will focus on the creative use of metaphors, graphics and video highlighting excellent, cutting edge ministry. All for the purpose of communicating the Gospel through powerful, transforming stories.
