Brian Cordell is the associate pastor at Forest Chapel, where he leads the contemporary worship service. His strength is using pop culture, contemporary movies, and secular Top 40 music.

Nathan Custer is an associate pastor at Armstrong Chapel UMC. He leads their contemporary worship service in the main sanctuary immediately after their traditional service and is currently helping to design their upcoming 280-seat auditorium for contemporary and youth worship. He’s involved in bridging the relationships between traditionalists and those who favor new styles of worship, and in preaching to people of a postmodern worldview.

Brent Dearnell

Daniel Dawson is the lead pastor of Hope UMC in Franklin, Ohio, where he leads traditional liturgical worship, and blended contemporary worship.  He is also in planning stages of beginning a new alternative worship gathering, The Bridge, at the Commercial Building/Sorg Opera House in Middletown, Ohio.  His strength is in combining ancient worship traditions with contemporary media and music.

Dan Johnson is the Pastor at West Union United Methodist Church. His strength is his years of corporate leadership experience and his ability to communicate in non-traditional ways.

Benji Sayre is the associate pastor at Groesbeck UMC.  He helps lead and design both the traditional and contemporary worship services as well as youth worship.  His strengths lie in experiential/alternative worship and using different types of media to enhance the worship experience.

Wes Souders is currently Associate Pastor at St. Mark’s in Fairfield.  Prior to becoming a pastor, Wes was a Marketing Director in Cincinnati.  He has extensive experience in the area of communications, marketing, teaching, and sales.  Within the church, both as a layperson and clergy, Wes has developed many programs for planting and developing the concept of radical hospitality within the local church.  He has successfully implemented the use of movies and sensory experiences within both the traditional and “contemporary” worship settings.

Heather Webster is the pastor of Deerfield UMC. She loves to experiment with fresh, new ideas to broaden the horizon of the blended worship experience. Her strengths are in visual video presentations, the use of contemporary Christian and secular music, and bringing tangible, visual elements to the people.
