On the second Wednesday, the group meets simply for a meal from noon to 1pm, while on the fourth Wednesday, the group begins with the noon meal and continues until 2pm. Bob and Jackie Jewett, lay persons at Hamilton First, faithfully provide a wonderful meal for $6.00. The group utilizes a book study to guide the discussion, plus is working on Personal and Ministry Development plans. The group includes pastors from churches ranging from small to large, with ministry outreach from simple to highly complex. What we have in common is that each one of our churches is going through radical transition. The focus of this group has been leadership development, networking and support.
