Student Ministry/Contemporary Growth Coordinator St. Paul Community United Methodist Church in Madeira, OH is seeking a Student Ministry & Contemporary Service Growth Leader who will share St. Pauls' dedication to intentional faith development across all generations. The SMCGC will be responsible for leading, coordinating and growing for ages 13-22: Sunday school; weekday programs, including weekly youth groups; and faith-based trips, projects and events such as missions, camps and concerts. The SMCGC will also work with the Senior Pastor, Music Director and Children's Ministry Coordinator to be the church's ambassador to their contemporary worshipers and to grow that service significantly. A successful candidate will have a demonstrated commitment to youth, contemporary worship and their Christian faith and will have the ability to build that faith in youth, young adults, and contemporary worshipers of all ages. Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills with contemporary worship congregants, students, parents and young adults are required, as are strong teamwork and organizational skills. A BA or equivalent work experience in grade 7-12 education or Christian ministry is desired. This is a 32-hour/week position with benefits. Director of Intentional Faith Development Jacksonburg United Methodist Church is a growing rural church just north of Trenton. The church is looking for someone who will be responsible for administration, supervision, and leadership of the local church program as related to Christian Education and discipleship/small group formation.
